I was very pleased with the color, sheen and brushed appearance of this vinyl. Love it's appearance. However,
I was disappointed that upon cutting it and then transferring to the transfer tape that once on the transfer tape it would not release to the item I was transferring to. It
stuck quite stubbornly to the transfer tape. I was transferring to ceramic tile and have never had this problem before, the vinyl being so sticky it easily pulled away from the transfer tape. I was able to get it to release but only with very carefully using my pick tool. This is the only product I have used from your company so I am not sure is this is symptomatic to this vinyl or if there will be problems with the others. Usually the vinyl releases VERY easily from the transfer tape

Local Pick Up for Online orders

Vinyl Outlet now offers local pick up in Salt Lake City, Utah. When placing your order online, choose the "Local Pickup In Store (Salt Lake City)" option at checkout. Please allow two hours after placing your order before you arrive to pick it up. The pickup address is 745 E. Fort Union Blvd, Midvale Utah. Please have ID for verification at the time of pickup, if someone else will be picking up, please put their name in your order notes.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return items for a refund or exchange. All items must be unused and in good re-saleable condition. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited to your account or to a credit card. Refunds returned after 30 days of the purchase date will not be accepted. You may exchange an item, as long as it is worth the same dollar amount as the initial purchase, additional shipping and handling charges will apply. There will be no refunds on gift certificates that have been redeemed or partially used. You may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee for returns and exchanges, and customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
