Vinyl Outlet offers free shipping on orders over $75.00 within the US. The shipping method will be the choice of our shipping department, and will be USPS or UPS and take 2-7 days. Simply choose the free shipping method at checkout once your order total is $75.00 or over.

Local Pick Up for Online orders

Vinyl Outlet now offers local pick up in Salt Lake City, Utah. When placing your order online, choose the "Local Pickup In Store (Salt Lake City)" option at checkout. Please allow two hours after placing your order before you arrive to pick it up. The pickup address is 745 E. Fort Union Blvd, Midvale Utah. Please have ID for verification at the time of pickup, if someone else will be picking up, please put their name in your order notes.

**Please Note: We ask that you pick up your order within 2 business days. Orders that have not been picked up within one week (7 days) of purchase will be refunded and put back in stock. We will work with you in special circumstances, please call us to coordinate 801-590-9640. **

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return items for a refund or exchange. All items must be unused and in good re-saleable condition. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited to your account or to a credit card. Refunds returned after 30 days of the purchase date will not be accepted. You may exchange an item, as long as it is worth the same dollar amount as the initial purchase, additional shipping and handling charges will apply.  There will be no refunds on gift certificates that have been redeemed or partially used. You may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee for returns and exchanges, and customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. After placing your order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.

Canada:

We use USPS and UPS for shipping to Canada. Note that taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. All Canadian orders are FINAL.
